What we collect
When you submit a form on this site, we collect what you type: your name, trade, city, phone number, email, your website address if you give us one, and — on the contact form — the message you write. We also record the time of submission, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string, which help us prevent spam and abuse.
Separately from any form, every page view is counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics. It records the page address, the referring page, and load timings. It sets no cookies, writes nothing to your browser's storage, and does not follow you to other sites — there is no profile of you to build or sell. We use it for one thing: seeing which pages are worth keeping.
We don't run advertising trackers, sell data, or use third-party analytics cookies on this site.
How we use it
- To respond to your request — the audit, quote, or question you sent.
- To contact you about that request by phone, text message, or email, if you gave consent.
- To keep basic records of inquiries and prevent spam.
Calls and text messages (TCPA consent)
Our forms include a consent checkbox. By checking it, you agree that Flat Fee Web may contact you by phone, text message (SMS), and email about your request, including via automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and stop emails by replying to any message or emailing us at hello@flatfeeweb.com.
Where your data lives
Form submissions are stored in a private database and relayed to us as private notifications. We share your information only with the service providers that make this work (hosting, database, email/message delivery), and never for their own marketing.

Want your information corrected or deleted? Email us at hello@flatfeeweb.com or reply to any message from us, and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date.
